WIDA (World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment@ wida.us) is an educational consortium which designs and implements educational standards and assessments for ELLs. Massachusetts joined the WIDA consortium in June. States in blue administer the ACCESS assessment along with using the WIDA standards. We will be transitioning from our ELPBO standards and MEPA assessment this year to WIDA and ACCESS.
